► Good.
► I'm good.
► Good, good. Good to hear. So why don't you just tell us a little bit about the type of case you all had with us?
► Well, it was a front collision on a car. They were all involved. I wasn't. And my mom was too. Both my mom and Giselle here had to go to the hospital because of the car crash. And that's basically after a while, we contacted you guys.
► Yeah. Well, thank you for reaching out to us and contacting us. So tell me how the accident happened.
► Vanessa was driving home and they crashed into... Oh, well, someone crashed into them. They were on the wrong side of the road and hit them head on. You want to give some details?
► I think that's it. Yeah. That's basically how it happened. I was just driving and out of nowhere I saw... I thought they were on the other side of the road, but as soon as they got closer, I realized that they were in front of us. And trying to avoid it, we both ended up going the same way and that's how we ended up crashing.
► Yeah. Well, thank you for that. And why don't want you tell us how your experience here with Butler Con was?
► It was good. You guys are very attentive and every question we had, we heard answers back to, regardless of we don't have too much experience with any of these types of situations. So we did have a lot of questions and Brittany and Melody were always there to answer those questions, and their replies were always very quick. We never had to wait long for anything. You guys were always there no matter the time, really, because sometimes I would message them later in the day and they would still reply to us.
► Good. Good to hear. So who did you work with mostly with the firm?
► Brittany.
► Brittany. And how was that?
► She's very good. She's very patient, I think, just like I said, with a bunch of questions and walking us through everything. She was always very, very good explaining everything and going through every step of the process and getting in touch with us every step of the way.
► Good. Good. Brittany enjoyed working with you all too.
► Yes.
► Yeah. So I have one last question. If you could recommend your family and friends to us, would you?
► Yes.
