We handle each case on a contingency fee basis, which means that our clients don’t pay us upfront or by the hour. There is no out-of-pocket expense and no billable hour. Our clients are free to pick up the phone and call us anytime they want without worrying if they are going to get charged. Our entire fee is based on winning the case.

Although we do everything we can to resolve our clients’ cases rapidly on favorable terms, we know that the surest way to help our clients is by preparing for trial. So at Butler Kahn, we’re not only willing to fight to the end, we’re prepared. Our attorneys thoroughly investigate a case by tracking down witnesses, interviewing medical providers, deposing government officials including police officers, and hiring experts like a crash reconstructionist or life care planner.
We Understand the Medicine.
