Keanna was born and raised in Chicago Illinois where she attended and graduated from Wendell Phillips High School. Soon after, she entered the work force in the customer service field where she quickly found her passion to help others any way she could even if it simply meant offering a smile and asking about their day. After 8 years in customer service, Keanna’s skill was recognized by a large Chicago law firm where she was recruited to work. There, she worked her way through many positions to ultimately become an intake coordinator. In 2021, Keanna relocated to Greater Atlanta Area. Her enjoyment in the legal field led her to the Butler Kahn Case Analyst position. She has attended several legal seminars where she has gained knowledge on accessing and evaluating legal claims. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with family, trying new foods and learning to cook. Keanna is a proud mother of three awesome kids, one girl and two boys.
