Two People Killed in Macon Truck Accident on Interstate 75

Multiple Trucks and Vans Involved in Deadly Macon Car Accident That Killed Woman and 1-Year-Old Child

MACON, GEORGIA (February 21, 2026) – A woman and a one-year-old child have tragically died in a Macon truck accident along Interstate 75 south.

Georgia State Patrol officials are saying that the collision took place around 4:33 PM on Wednesday evening. A Chevrolet van, Ford F-150, Toyota Corolla, and Ford F-350 pickup truck were all traveling in the left lane of the interstate.

The Ford F-350 truck collided with the rear of the Toyota and caused it to hit the Ford F-150 truck. That vehicle then pushed the Ford F-150 into the Chevrolet van.

Paramedics were called to the scene of the accident to help all the victims. A woman and a one-year-old child died due to the severity of their injuries.

A 33-year-old woman was hospitalized to receive treatment.
