Bicyclist Killed in Atlanta Car Accident with FedEx Truck Along Campbellton Road SW by O’Reilly Auto Parts

ATLANTA, GEORGIA (June 12, 2026) – A pedestrian has tragically died in an Atlanta FedEx truck accident on Campbellton Road SW near an O’Reilly Auto Parts.

Fulton County officials are saying that the accident occurred around 11:41 a.m. on Tuesday morning. A FedEx truck was heading through the area when he was involved in a collision with a cyclist.

Paramedics were called to the scene of the accident to help the victim. Unfortunately, the cyclist was not conscious or breathing by the time first responders arrived.

Despite life-saving measures, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the FedEx truck remained at the scene and cooperated with police.

A full investigation into the collision remains ongoing at this time.
