BIG DAY in the Court of Appeals

Today the Georgia Court of Appeals AFFIRMED the Superior Court of Decatur County’s judgment in Walden v. Chrysler, the case that Butler Kahn tried with Butler, Wooten & Peak in 2015.  The trial resulted in a verdict of $150,000,000 and was remitted to $40,000,000.

This is a great result for brave, wonderful clients. And it will teach automakers a lesson about selling recklessly-designed vehicles that put American families at risk.
