Chynea was riding as the front-seat passenger when the driver of the vehicle she was in failed to yield to oncoming traffic. After pulling out in front of After Chynea's vehicle flipped when the driver of her vehicle drove out into an oncoming car. Chynea had extensive injuries and mounting medical bills.
