Morgan Lyndall Joins Butler Law Firm

The Butler Law Firm is proud to announce that Morgan Lyndall, formerly of Goodman McGuffey, will be joining the firm as an associate attorney.

“We are really excited to have Morgan join us,” said principal Jeb Butler.  “She’s smart, pleasant to be around, a good writer, and I think she’d going to be a secret weapon in witness work.”

“I look forward to learning from such a respected trial lawyer like Jeb,” said Lyndall.  “I plan to use my experience as an insurance defense attorney to help bring justice to innocent victims.”

Lyndall is expected to pitch in immediately on several of Butler Law Firm’s complex cases, such as product liability, medical fraud, and institutional sexual abuse cases.  At her former firm, Lyndall’s practice centered around insurance coverage and sometimes involved trial work.  Lyndall intends to apply her expertise on insurance coverage at her new firm.

Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr stands with Morgan at an event for the Georgia Legal Food Frenzy nonprofit, which Morgan leads.

Butler added, “I have to tell you, I’m really excited to not have to read another insurance policy,” referring to Lyndall’s insurance coverage expertise.  “That coverage stuff is Greek to me, and now it can stay that way.”

Lyndall is the second attorney to join the Butler Law Firm this month.  Earlier in the month, Matt Kahn announced that he was joining the Butler Law Firm from Fried & Bonder.
