Matt Kahn

Matt Kahn is a trial lawyer with the Butler Law Firm. Matt Kahn is committed to representing individuals who have been critically injured or killed due to the negligence or wrongful conduct of others. Matt advocates for victims of auto wrecks, unsafe products, negligent security, dangerous premises, medical malpractice, and other acts of negligence. Matt grew up in Dunwoody, Georgia, where he attended Dunwoody High School. Matt earned both his undergraduate and law degrees in Atlanta. Matt graduated from Georgia State University, where he majored in political science and went on to get his law degree from Emory University School of Law.

While in law school, Matt was a managing editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, where his comment was selected for publication. As a law student, Matt also had the opportunity to intern with the Honorable Sara Doyle at the Georgia Court of Appeals, work at a full-service law firm with offices throughout the southeast, intern in AT&T’s litigation department, and work at a boutique firm focusing on complex personal injury and business litigation. Matt uses his experiences to fight for his clients and get the best results possible.
